In August 2014, Project HOPE partnered with Fodisong Community Health Centre and the Rotary Club of Sandton to bring food supplements for patients in need in both Zandspruit and Itsoseng.  Our nurses refer patients into the program, and we monitor clinical outcomes, medication adherence, and overall wellbeing (using the WHO-5 Questionnaire) for all participants. In October 2014, Project HOPE South Africa partnered with Eli Lilly and Company to bring a wonderful group of 10 volunteers to Zandspruit through the Connecting Hearts Abroad program.
